Orders & Delivery
At The Modestful, we proudly partner with a curated network of independent, values-led brands. Each brand is responsible for fulfilling and shipping their own orders. Because of this, you may receive multiple parcels if your order includes items from different vendors.
Order processing
Once your order is placed:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your items
The brand(s) will receive your order and begin processing it within 1–3 business days
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if provided by the brand)
Shipping Times
As a marketplace, each brand on The Modestful fulfills and ships their own orders. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the brand's location and processing time.
Please refer to the individual product page or the brand's store page for more information about their shipping.
We are primarily based in Australia and most of our partner brands ship from within Australia.
Please note that not all brands currently offer international shipping. Availability, pricing, and timeframes for international orders are set by each brand.
Multiple Packages
If you’ve ordered from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate shipments. This is completely normal and part of how our marketplace operates.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are set individually by each brand and displayed at checkout. Depending on the brand:
- Some may offer flat rate or free shipping over a certain order value
- Others may calculate shipping based on your location or weight of the item
All shipping charges are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you (if provided by the brand). If you haven’t received your tracking details after 5 business days, we recommend:
Checking your spam or promotions folder
Contacting the brand directly via their store page
Or reaching out to us at hello@themodestful.com
Missing or delayed orders
If you believe your order is delayed or has gone missing:
- Contact the brand listed on your order confirmation
- If the brand doesn’t respond within 5 business days, contact helo@themodestful.com so we can help investigate
